🔍 What is the 309/100 Partner Visa?

Bring Your Loved One to Australia

This visa is for people outside Australia and in a genuine relationship with an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen. It has two stages:

Subclass 309 – Temporary entry visa

Subclass 100 – Permanent residency

If you’re living overseas and in a committed relationship with an Australian citizen or permanent resident, the Subclass 309/100 Partner Visa is your pathway to join them in Australia and apply for permanent residency.
